1. Who we are
GroonAI (“we”, “us”) operates groonai.com, a service that generates images and videos using artificial intelligence. The service is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
2. You must be 18 or older
You may only use GroonAI if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction. By using the service you confirm that you are. We terminate accounts found to belong to minors. See our Underage Policy.
3. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. One person, one account — creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits repeatedly is a breach of these terms.
4. Credits and payment
- Credits are a prepaid balance used to generate content. They are not money, carry no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.
- Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never receive or store your card details.
- Credits are consumed when a generation is submitted. The cost is shown before you confirm.
- Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and cannot be refunded.
- Credits do not expire.
5. Refunds

6. What you may not do
You may not upload, generate, or attempt to generate content prohibited under our Blocked Content Policy. In particular you may not upload an image of any person without that person’s consent, and you may not upload an image of anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
You also may not resell access, scrape the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to obtain credits other than by paying for them or through features we provide.
7. Content you upload and content you generate
You keep ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of producing your generation and delivering it to you. You are responsible for having the rights and consents necessary for anything you upload.
You are responsible for how you use what you generate. Distributing generated imagery of a real person without their consent may be unlawful where you live.
8. Availability
The service is provided as-is. Generation depends on third-party AI models and can fail or produce results that do not match your expectation. We do not guarantee any particular output, quality, or uptime.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account immediately, without refund, for breach of these terms — in particular for any breach of the Underage Policy or Blocked Content Policy.
