This policy lists what may not be uploaded to or generated with GroonAI. Breaching it results in removal of the content and, in most cases, permanent termination of the account without refund.

Never permitted

Anyone under 18, real or depicted, in any context. See our Underage Policy.
Images of a person who has not consented. You may only upload an image of someone else if you have their explicit permission to create this kind of content from it.
Content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, or violence.
Content involving real people in a way intended to harass, humiliate, defame, blackmail or intimidate them.
Public figures, colleagues, classmates, or acquaintances uploaded without their consent.
Bestiality, incest, or content sexualising violence or death.
Content promoting terrorism, mass violence, or hatred against a protected group.
Any content that is illegal where you are, or where we operate.

Consent is not optional. Uploading a photograph of a real person to generate sexual imagery of them without their permission is prohibited here and is a criminal offence in a growing number of countries. Do not do it.

Reporting content

If content on GroonAI depicts you and you did not consent to it, or you believe it breaches this policy, email nuaieditor@gmail.com. Include enough detail for us to identify it. We aim to respond within [N] hours and remove confirmed breaches promptly.

Removal requests are free and no account is needed. If imagery of you was created here without your consent, contact us and we will remove it.

Enforcement

Content in breach is removed.
The account is suspended or permanently terminated, without refund.
Where the law requires it, we report to the relevant authorities.
